Valcore Technology Trading Terms and Conditions
1. All prices are EXCLUSIVE of Goods and Services Tax (GST).
2. Prices, contents, specifications and availability are subject to change without notice.
3. All purchases must supply a written Purchase Order.
3. All purchases are strictly COD, unless credit terms are granted to your company.
4. Title of ownership of these goods does not pass to the purchaser, until full payment is cleared.
5. Account Customers, If payment on the purchaser’s account is late, a 1% (per day) late payment fee will be automatically billed to your account.
6. VALCORE TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to charge any and all fees pertaining to recovering funds from customers who have an overdue account.
7. If any customer presents VALCORE TECHNOLOGY a Dishonoured Cheque, a $ 50 Dishonoured Cheque Fee will be invoiced to the customer accordingly.
8. An Online RA must be completed prior to goods being returned.
9. For DOA item – Full set of accessories including the manuals, driver CD’s, I/O cables, original packing materials, etc. must be returned together with the booked DOA unit
10. DOA period is 14 days, VALCORE TECHNOLOGY will provide DOA replacement, if the DOA item is tested to be “No Fault Found”, VALCORE TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to return the item back to the customer and invoice the customer accordingly.
11. Warranty is one year on all components unless specified.
12. Product returned for non-technical reasons attracts a 25% restocking fee. Non defective products must be returned in original packaging and accompanied with a copy of the invoice, within 7 days of purchase. The goods are to remain in title & property of VALCORE TECHNOLOGY till fully paid.
13. Under any circumstances, freight costs and insurance are borne by the purchaser. If courier is not specified, VALCORE TECHNOLOGY will use courier of its choice and cost will be borne by the customer. VALCORE TECHNOLOGY will not take any responsibility for damaged or lost items during transit by couriers or postal services.
14. Goods returned under warranty must be in their original condition (no deliberate markings or damage) and packaging. Warranty is void if warranty labels have been tampered with or removed. Customer bears transport charges both ways of warranty return items.
15. VALCORE TECHNOLOGY will not accept or replace any damaged goods caused by misuse or improper handling.
16. Goods returned for warranty that have been found to have no fault will be charged a minimum service fee of $15.
17. Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with items purchased from VALCORE TECHNOLOGY.
18. VALCORE TECHNOLOGY cannot be held liable for loss of profit or for any other kind of damage arising out of or in connection to the website.
19. VALCORE TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to partially or completely modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
